24th AMSIG ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING

SUNDAY 3 MAY 2020

Trainee AMSIG Academy

For registrars preparing for their Part 2 exam

AMSIG are pleased to announce the addition of the AMSIG Academy to our Scientific Programme.

Join us for this specialist session if you are a registrar preparing for your Part 2 exam. The AMSIG Academy will be an imitation viva, presented by RANZCR (Part II) musculoskeletal examiners. This will be your chance to step into the light and be a mock exam candidate during the session. You will be shown cases by examiners, and receive advice and guidance on how best to prepare for your examination. For the junior registrar attendees, this will be an exceptional opportunity for you to witness this important process and time permitting, take your place as the mock candidate (subject to availability).

The AMSIG Academy is presented by past and present musculoskeletal examiners, from 1.00pm – 2.30pm on Sunday 3 May at the conclusion of the 24th AMSIG Annual Meeting, at the meeting venue, the SMC Conference and Function Centre, Sydney.

24th AMSIG ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING

CONFERENCE GALA DINNER

Harbourside Room, MCA Sydney

SAT 2 MAY | 19:00 – Late …

The Sydney Masonic Centre is well placed in the Haymarket end of central Sydney, well appointed and easily accessible. Sydney is at its best in autumn, generally sunny and not too hot. There are museums, gardens, beaches, restaurants and many interesting activities to occupy accompanying partners or colleagues.

The conference dinner, open this year to non-members as well, will have a limit on numbers, so book early to enjoy the spectacular setting on the rooftop function centre of the Museum of Contemporary Art at Circular Quay.

We hope you can join us in Sydney in May 2020.

Drs Cathy Hayter, Jennie Noakes, Julie Schatz and Bruno Giuffrè
